Payments & Deposits Contract:

-Puppie is to be paid in full by 8 weeks of age unless other  arrangements have been made. If you fail to contact us or pay for your pup by this time, your deposit is forfeited.

All deposits are NON-refundable, no exceptions.

-When you receive puppy, you have 72hrs to have the puppy screened by your vet and if for any reason the vet finds the pup in bad heath  due to my negligence and you can provide the vet information you may return the pup and receive a new pup.

-If no puppies are not available from the litter you purchased from you have the option of picking a puppy from another litter or a future litter. No Cash Refunds.

-We start giving our pups shots at 6 weeks, and then again at  8 weeks.

-We start worming pups at 2 weeks, then at 4,6,8, and every 2 weeks after to ensure you a healthy puppy.

-When you purchase a puppy from Pit County Pits you are agreeing as the New Owner to provide that puppy with any future vacinations or vetinary care it may require.
